I’m Krish! I am a supervised Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) serving Washington State with 4 years of clinical psychotherapy experience ranging diverse settings & approaches. I’m born & raised in Washington State as an Indian-American/South Asian. I am first-generation to a Hindu-Desi family. I earned my Master of Arts in Psychology degree in 2025 from Seattle University with a specialization in existential-phenomenological clinical psychology, and have earned my Bachelor of Arts Psychology degree from Central Washington University in 2022. I value self-disclosure, eastern spirituality, breaking norms & holistic care as a means of honoring the therapeutic alliance & acknowledging the power differentials that exist within. In my work, I believe in fostering a non-judgmental and warm space to clear a solid path in your mental health treatment.

In my development as a therapist & a lost adult, I’ve jumped into both inpatient & outpatient care. I started my work as bachelor’s level clinician at a geriatric-psychiatric residential treatment facility, where I worked in clinically supporting our elders with grave disability & serious mental illness as they secured supportive housing. Witnessing the honor of housing security & end-of-life transition through group & individual therapy established the footwork for my strive in meeting at-risk populations. I then continued my work at an outpatient clinic serving at-risk marginalized adolescents, then seeing older adults. I stay committed to learning through ongoing continuing education courses; engaging in evidence-based & alternative research; consulting my own extensive digital library of clinical texts & studies, gathered from my education programs & trainings that I consult monthly. I stay engaged in doing supervision & consulting with my many colleagues in crafting & delivering individualized care to the best of my current ability and experience.

Outside of being a therapist, I love creating art, playing video games, going on the ferry, and spending my money on matcha, chicken tenders and fur coats. I listen to a ton of underground EDM & rap music & am constantly practicing my own self-care. I’m here to leave a footprint on the world and help others do the same in their own intersubjective ways.
